Roma, giorni d’oggi. Con una serie di assurde vicende tre giovani malavitosi, il XXXNESE, il FRESCO e il FENDY, si accordano per formare una banda criminale: “la banda della piramide”. A contrastarli sia la legge con il commissario Scialoppa ed il suo assistente, l’Agente Salva (o Salva Agente), sia il Sensibile che controlla tutti i traffici loschi.
